The process

Schedule a Tour

The admissions journey begins with a private tour of our facility. This allows you to observe our prepared Montessori environments in action, meet our educators, and ensure our philosophy aligns with your family’s goals.

Submit application

After your tour, you will receive the official registration packet. To secure your child's placement on our waiting list or active roster, you must submit the completed forms along with the non-refundable registration fee.

Intake Interview

We schedule a brief orientation meeting with Director Lilian Garcia. This step helps us understand your child's specific routine, developmental milestones, dietary restrictions, and emotional baseline before their first official day.

Final Enrollment

Once approved, we finalize the financial childcare agreement, establish your tuition payment schedule, and collect state-mandated immunization records. Your child is then officially ready to start their Montessori journey.

Required enrollment documents

All forms must be fully completed and signed before your child’s first day of attendance:

  • Signed Childcare Financial Agreement
  • State of Washington Certificate of Immunization Status (CIS)
  • Emergency Medical Authorization Form
  • Liability and Field Trip Permission Waivers
  • Child Development History & Daily Routine Questionnaire
  • Authorized Pick-up & Emergency Contact List
